BAC Provinces

BAC is active in seven provinces (Gauteng, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, North West, Mpumalanga, KwaZulu-Natal and Northern Cape).

Apart from Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal, these structures operate as independent non-profit organisations utilising the brand of Business Against Crime under a cooperation agreement with BACSA.

These provincial BAC structures typically establish a close working relationship with both Government and business structures and identify and implement initiatives aimed at alleviating some of the local/provincial crime challenges (typically funded by local businesses), in addition to implementing national initiatives when requested (and funded by BACSA).
