BACSA Strategy Sub-Committee

Chaired by Yedwa Simelani, Chairperson of the BACSA Board, the Strategy Sub-Committee provides an overall oversight role on behalf of the Board, by monitoring and evaluating the results achieved by the organisation in partnership with Government.

BACSA Fundraising Sub-Committee

BACSA as a non-profit company is reliant on the commitment and contributions of business, in cash and / or in-kind. The committee is responsible for developing and maintaining a fundraising strategy and to provide support to the company in its fundraising endeavours.

This Sub-Committee of the Board focuses on BACSA Marketing and Branding matters by retaining and growing BACSA's donor base; improving commutations with all stakeholders and building the BACSA brand.

BACSA Executive Sub-Committee (EXCO)

BACSA employs a number of highly skilled and competent project managers. Their role is to deliver on the organisations's core Vision and Mission through their many years of experience in the anti-crime environment.

The Executives of the organisation participate monthly in Executive Committee (EXCO) meetings to assist the organisation with the day-to-day running of operations, the identification and mitigation of risks and regular reporting on the progress of initiatives aligned to the organisation's business plan.
